To provide the best experience for all guests: • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. • No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. • Arriving late may result in shortened services to accommodate the next guest.
